At Welcome To The Phlebotomy Training Institute, we’ve worked hard to offer smart, flexible and affordable services that benefit all of our students. This is a 8 week class to teach each student the proper training of a phlebotomist. At the end of the 8 weeks you will be given a clinical and receive a completed training certificate.

PROGRAM PREREQUISITES
1. Proof individual is at least 18 years or older
2. High School Diploma or GED
3. The payment of registration fee and arrangements to pay tuition.
4. Signed admissions application and signed enrollment agreement.
5. All applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English

PHLEBOTOMY PROGRAM STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
Successfully perform puncture by vacuum collection devices. Successfully perform skin puncture to obtain specimen for whole blood testing and serum/plasma testing. List essential information that should be on laboratory requisitions and specimen containers for identification. Demonstrate appropriate interaction and communication with patients and staff .Demonstrate a professional attitude and behavior in the workplace.
